From grades 9-12, students are required to complete two college courses per year at a college or university through Kentucky’s Work Ready Scholarship Program or similar program, selecting from options aligned with ZCA's three Career Colleges. For grades 11–12, each student will undertake a half-year internship or paid co-op with vetted companies and nonprofits, gaining hands-on industry experience with the goal of full-time employment upon graduation. Graduation minimums will require students to have 39 hours of college credits, with driven students graduating with an associates degree.

ZCA will also emphasize timeless literature and documents across all cores, shaping students to grapple with culture-defining ideas, reason deeply, and grow in virtue and courage. The extracurriculars and clubs will promote enrichment and strong parental involvement, while all students explore Christian worldview, law, philosophy, and debate to complement their career competencies. Furthermore, the core classes of Math, Science, Civics, and English will incorporate projects tailored to a students’ chosen (and flexible) career path and biblical integration.

In essence, ZCA High School delivers a distinctive Christian K-12 experience: a robust liberal arts education fused with practical, technical, and career training that nurtures human flourishing.
